The Trek Across Maine is a three-day, 180-mile cycling event from the mountains of Sunday River to the sea in Belfast.
SEEKING VOLUNTEERS in Farmington!
TREK ACROSS MAINE SEEKING VOLUNTEERS AT University Maine at Farmington.
WHEN: June 15 2018 from 8:00am - 3:30pm (4 hour shifts available)
WHAT: Volunteers will help with:
- End of day pack up
- Monitoring safety of finish line
- Monitoring crosswalks
- Overseeing general safety of camping area at Prescott Field
- Assisting to monitor barricades at certain areas of the finish line
- Assisting cyclists securing bikes at overnight bike corral
WHERE: University of Maine at Farmington
No training needed. Lunch will be provided to all volunteers. Lodging and dinner will be provided to those who live at least an hour away. We hope to see you there!
***Note*** Kids ages 17 and under must have a legal guardian present to volunteer.
