Volunteer: Day of Caring Adult VolunteerUnited Way of Kennebec Valley seeks volunteers to help prepare and serve lunch to students after they have completed Day of Caring. UWKV partners with 26 local schools and many area businesses to sponsor student Days of Caring. This annual event, held on a different day at each school or district, matches student volunteers with work projects at local sites in Kennebec County. Please see below for specific dates and volunteers needs. If volunteer slots are filled for a particular event, you can always sign up as a substitute! NOTE: We ask that if someone commits to the 'Event Date' that they also commit to the 'Rain Date' just in case we need to use it.
