What We Do

Spectrum Generations is the Central Maine Agency on Aging, a nonprofit agency offering independent living options to adults and their families through a toll-free Information and Help Line and a network of community centers. The community centers provide activities for active adults, plus health and educational opportunities such as health screenings, speakers, and support group meetings. Spectrum Generations volunteers contribute time and energy, which allow us to serve more adults and their families in leading vibrant and independent lives. Other services available include help with taxes, insurance, transportation, adult day care, caregiver respite, Meals on Wheels and on-site dining. For more information call 1-800-639-1553 or visit us online at www.spectrumgenerations.org.
