At United Way of Kennebec Valley (UWKV), we’re working every day to improve lives and strengthen our community - and behind that impact is a strong, well-run financial foundation.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented volunteer to help support that work. This is a long-term, flexible volunteer opportunity - not a one-time commitment. Some weeks may involve a few hours of support, while others may not require any time at all. Tasks may include assisting with routine financial processes such as filing, check processing, basic QuickBooks Online entries, and other administrative support for our Finance & Operations Manager.
A background in bookkeeping or finance is strongly preferred. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working behind the scenes, and contributing their skills to a mission-driven organization making a real difference across Kennebec County.
