We are in need or volunteers to help us get the word out about our Save Your Breath 5k and silent auction coming up October 18, 2026. We have Save the Date cards that we would like to get out to businesses, schools, colleges, gyms and fitness studios, coffee shops and cafes, community centers, running or cycling stores, college campuses, health food stores, libraries in the centeral Maine area and beyond. Volunteers needed May 2026 to September 2026. Volunteers choose how long they wish to help. 1, 2, 10 hours its up to the volunteer. We will appreciate any time you can give us.
