Spectrum Generations Muskie Community Center is in need of Volunteer Receptionists. Days and times are flexible.
Volunteer would be responsible for initial consumer service near front door, as well as, provide some clerical support to staff. Greeting consumers, answering multi-line phone, transfer calls, take messages, signs consumers up for activities, collect payments and distribute mail.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Greet visitors and direct to appropriate staff for assistance
- Describe programs and services to new consumers
- Research for consumer activities information
- Donation collection, make change, record consumer info for consumer meals
