Healthy Living 4 Me is in need of volunteer Facilitators in the Brunswick area. The volunteer would assist in various excise classes for older adults. Classes such as, Living Well with Chronic Pain, Living Well with Diabetics, Living Well for Better Health, Matter of Balance, and Tai Chi for Health & Balance.
The classes last about 3 hours which includes set up and clean up portion of classes. Sessions of the classes run in 6 week increments, the time and days will vary depending on availability after training. Free training is provided, duration of training will depend on the class being trained for.
This is an immediate need for this area, volunteers passionate about promoting wellness in with older adults are encouraged to inquire!
Facilitators are also needed in MidCoast Regional Center & Waldo Community Center.
