Share your skills and help someone reach their potential. Literacy Volunteer tutors are needed for basic reading and writing, math and digital literacy. Tutors are needed to support New Mainers learn English. You can be the reason someone is able to get a job, read to their children, and have a sense of accomplishment about their learning. No teaching experience is required, and we provide training. Next training will be August 6, 7, and 13 at Waterville Adult Education. This Training will be in person and is 5:30-7:30 pm each evening - info@lva-augusta.org to register. Check the LVK website for training updates.
